At the new 2013 template download page: It lists the CA Portal as one of the sites using the new 2013 template design yet it looks like they are still using the 2012 version. Is there any deadline that you know about for converting a site to the 2013 design? Any information about when another newer version might be released?
The CA Portal uses the 2013 template. The sooner you adopt the template, the sooner your site can have the latest responsive design and features, but a newer version is expected by the end of the year.
