Data.ca.gov allows individuals and developers to access raw State data files, data APIs, databases, geographic data, and other data sources. Raw State data files can be reused by citizens and organizations for their own web applications and mashups.
A simple, yet powerful, way to API enable your data is to upload it to Google Fusion Tables. Once in Fusion Tables you can create an entry for your API enabled data in Data.ca.gov.
